Foil tape alternative.

I am trying to heat a rack and I am doing it with heat cord. The problem is I am having trouble finding foil tape. Is there something else I can use, or could someone PM where i can get some heat tape. Would prefer if it's under $20 as the tape online is kind of expensive.

I can find it online and I think I have just about seen every type of tape apart from the foil tape that I'm looking for. And I really want this rack done so I can buy more snakes!!!!

Last time I looked in Bunnings they did have it but only in massive rolls. Look in the roofing section, it wasn't with the other tapes.

At work we have aluminium tape the welders use, I have sent you a pm

Bunnings...it's in the insulation dept. $12.00 per roll

If you cant find it at bunnings try Heatcraft or Actrol they are air conditioning suppliers and they stock it

Bunnings has it (I got some the other day from the roofing and insulation section), but the stuff bunnings has is called insulation tape.

I bought it from Aldi last year. Its a one off with them but they will probably have it again sometime this year. Keep your eyes open.

I bought a roll from my local discount asian shop. It cost next to nothing and was surprisingly effective
