as title asks, where do I go and what's the web site for it? also is there specific freighting requirements like packing and does anyone know of any companies you can buy proper live stock packing boxes from? does anyone add heat pads?. I've sent interstate a lot when I was in the NT rules and regulations are different etc. but I really have no clue where to start here.

As for packaging, try calling the company you intend to use for the freighting and ask what they require. I think it is them who sets the rules not the OEH.

Most people just go aae as its airport to airport

AAE at Sydney airport is what I have used. Don't worry about heat. Fast the animal before transport and insulate well. Overheating is the main danger.
