I have also learned heaps on here over the last yr or two. It has been really interesting to see so many varieties if snakes and the weird and wonderful colours and patterns they can come in and also ppls personal experiences in the wierd and wonderful world of herps.


But the thing I learnt the most was from Dobermanmick and that is that really there is only one snake that really exists and that is the darwin carpet, morelia variegata. Apparently it is the only snake that is worth having and all fall to the wayside in their presence.

I think they enjoy the thrill of the rocket launch for a split second too !

Yes I must admit Darwins have grown on me too, not literally you sickos, and I have been keeping an eye out for a pair of nice sub adults. One day they will come.

i must agree that this site has helped me out heaps, i have learnt heaps of info just by reading all the new posts, now all i have to learn is to add pic's of my snakes,

thanks to judy for adding my darwins, thats one reason this site is one of the best, you ask a question and you always get an answer, right or wrong, you always get a reply.....

I'm always satisfied with the answers I get on this site. And for sure it is a great site with great people. Lots of fun as well. But we do have our serious and argumentative bits now and again. LOL!
