Hi everyone,
This could be a stupid question but do reptiles do green light? I saw a picture the other day and made me question this.

Yes. Their colour vision is similar to ours except that they are less sensitive to blue and red and many can detect ultraviolet A.

I am not sure if I am right on this Blue and maybe you can help if I am wrong. I thought that snakes eyes were basically made up similar to our eyes but have less cones than us and therefore cannot perceive colours that well but detect the presence of light and coloured lights do not emit as much light for the wattage because they are filtered.
