Hello again, its been a busy afternoon.

My partner just came home with a GTF that was being attacked by an Ibis. It looks very weak, bruised and battered. I have put it in an an old clik clak that I had along with a bowl of water.

I buy crickets that I feed to the wild GTF's that we have around the house, should I throw a couple in to feed it?????

What else should I do ?????????

Thanx in advance

Scotty

awww he does look bad :(
maybe ring a vet and get some pointers of what you should be doing?

omg it looks mangled as you should take it to a vet unless you have done stuff like this b4 but it looks realy bad

 Herps what have i been trying to tell you! Frogs are friends not food! lol

It should have been left, you should find an emergency wildlife vet. Goodluck with it

all u guys that say u should of left it maybe so it is nature but when you see things happen like this not everyone has the heart to walk away know that is goes to dies a painful death sure some people can others cant

Oh well it doesn't matter now, just make sure you can get him fixed up asap. There is a vet that i have taken wildlife to in broadmeadow after hours.

I know how you feel, I can't watch those animal shows on tv where lions attack other animals for food etc....saw one once where a lioness injured a baby deer type animal so her cubs could learn how to kill prey...the poor little deer was terrified....but it was nature....but I couldn't watch it all....

ok frogs heal really quickly but i would have left it to the ibis
the ibis would ahve worked pretty darn hard to get it

Where abouts in newcastle are you, because you could try calling the vet, to take the frog too, if you are close to broadmeadow it shouldn't be to much trouble

Sorry i just realised i read the wrong users details. ignore my last posts. My bad..

He went to the vet first thing this morning,

Last night he was in and out of the water dish I had put in the enclosure. Vets will let me know the outcome.

Thanks
Scotty
