ok my advice would be one of the following

1- strip the tank and start again , allow two weeks before putting anything in there and when you do put something in there make sure its like a goldfish or somehting _this cycles the tank and gets the filter ready to take on the load, start with 6 guppies and let them fill the tank for you dont get the urge to add fish as this increases the chances of introcucing protozoa that could be causing the unexplained deaths

2- stop feeding the fish for the next week get some sugar and add small amounts over the next few days this will feed the current bacteria and help them produce more to take care of the waste, cull any fish that dont look 100% eg sulking or fins clamped ect as these will more than likley be the culprits

add some sea salt from the aquarium just geta small bag and add 1 teaspoon per 40 litres as well as your normal blue crystals

your stress zyme also form memory has an ammonia eliminater? (been awhile since i have kept and bred fish)

and remember filter cleans are always done in a bucket of tank water not tap water

If you do decide to use medications again get Triple Sulpha as this is a broad spectrum medication and you don`t know exactly what is wrong. Melafix is great for bacterial infections but that is all it is good for. If they still keep dropping and your water conditions are right, try to find an aquarium or a vet that is familiar with fish to do a biopsy on an ill looking fish, this way you can rule out protazoans and parasite infestations as guppies are sometimes prone to this.
Listen to Kuppers advice, if he looked after livebearers at AI he knows what hes on about.
