heating for oedura species

hey guys, just wondering peoples opinions on using heat mats and heat cord or infered globes as a heat sorce for oedura species, which do you use or prefer. Particularly for marmorata and tryoni.

i use a heat mat taped against one wall of my exo terra set on 30degrees for my marmoratas
