heating lighting basking lamps etc

Hi i would like to know exactly what heating, lighting and basking lamps I need in my centralians, ridge tail monitor and my beardie. Do I need just heat mats or can i use basking lamps and can I put them all on temperature controls. At the moment I have a hodge podge of things and would like to tidy it up a bit.
