Hi all,
I've been lurking here for a couple of months, avidly reading posts and learning a lot, so I thought I should get around to actually posting.
I got into reptiles after becoming a wildlife carer last year. The skink in my avatar was my first reptile rescue, he was trapped in a bathroom drain and had to be cut out, but I'm happy to say he was returned to his home completely unharmed. Since then, I've been learning how to do snake relocations and hope to have the confidence to start doing venomous snake relocations next summer.
I currently have 3 dainty tree frogs, a blue tongue, a diamond python, and my new addition, a woma python. I'm thrilled to have a woma as I fell in love with them the first time I saw a picture, and he's everything I wanted him to be.
I'd love to get a GTP in a few years, as I think they're absolutely fascinating snakes to look at. I'm also considering getting some sort of small arboreal gecko, as I have an empty tank that could really use a resident. I didn't realise this hobby was so addictive.
