Definetely try to wash it out straight away in warm water, a good way can be to get a clean syringe (obviously without a needle), lie her on her side and wash it directly into the eye, then let her blink it out for a bit.
What chemicals are in the bottle, because if you want, I can try to look them up for you. I'm a wildlife vet nurse currently halfway through studying veterinary science, and I have a bunch of textbooks lying around here that might have something helpful in them.
If the eye does become red and look inflamed, or the dragon seems to be looking ill, then she'll need to see the vet. Unfortunately the eyes have a good blood supply, and things that go into them often become systemic. Washing it all out should help, however, and it's probably what the vet would do, unless there's a chemical in there that can do systemic damage.
