Not good. He has small pink patches randomly around his body. Large like clear deposit lump things ontop of one of his eyes and starting to swell on the other eye.. This literally happened in two nights. Noticed the pink but was only faint until now. Haven't had him out in about a week so didn't notice the eye until it has gotten as big as it is now. Some of his scales(a couple behind his head but mostly on his tail) are like filling with water if that makes any sense. They are puffing up with little pockets of clear liquid. Then when you let him move through your hands the pressure squeezes them and the get tighter. Its hard to explain and the is also clear slimy stuff appearing on my hands after his tail runs through my hands. He has got a bulb about 1/3 of the way down his body swell(not food). Thanks for anyone who has advice or knows what it could be. The photo is of the white thing on his eye and a puffed up scale filled with liquid.Photo on 12-05-13 at 2.56 PM.jpg Photo on 12-05-13 at 2.55 PM.jpg

Unfortunately I can't help you with what is causing it. Though, you should take him to the vet ASAP!

not good, the photos arent clear enough to make any judgment but sounds a lot like blister disease but could very well be secondary to a serious internal issue. This is one of those cases that simply does need to see a reptile vet. A very intriguing case that i would like to hear how it goes. Please keep us informed and i hope it can be treated. Definitely snap a photo of the whole snake from above if you can so i can see where this internal lump is and eastablish what organ it may be.

Thanks heaps. I will get him out and put up a pic. Its around the liver but if that was swelling it would be longer so i don't know. Also when he runs through my hands i can hear little squeaks and squirts of(assuming) stomach juices around the swelling. Does very much sound like blister disease though. He's on turf so might change to something that will adsorb any water to keep as dry as possible.

ill wait for the photo before commenting as 1/3 of the way down could be an elarged heart

VET ASAP, this isn't a small problem... don't waiste any time, find a vet ASAP.
a member on here had a problem with his snake and waited a couple more days before going to a vet and unfortunetly it passed away the day before he took it in.
