hELP WITH REPTILE DIRECT WEBSITE PLEASE

I have read a few good comments about this supplier so i wanted to order a couple of things but, all I get on my l/top is a green page. The same happened on other laptops. On my iphone, the pages load but its too small to see properly.

would anyone have any ideas what could be stopping pages from loading.

any help greatly appreciated.

First up, what type of browser are you using, does your system have the latest updates and is there an error message?

Hold CTRL + mouse scroll up/down

Should zoom in/out

Or you have a mac?

I'm using internet explorer 9.
not error messages, page just not loading only green page background

Download firefox or google chrome and test that out.

Also clear your cache and reset to default settings in IE:

Clear cache:
Tools --> Internet Options
On the General Tab there is a section called Browsing History, click on the Delete button and delete everything.

Reset settings:
Tools --> Internet Options. Then in the Advanced tab click on the Reset button down the bottom.

Just out of curiosity I tried it on my laptop using Firefox and Explorer too and the site came up fine.

I use explorer 9 on my laptop and the website works fine. I would suggest possibly resetting your internet settings.
