Hi everyone,
My banded knob tailed gecko has laid two clutches of eggs recently and while the latest clutch looks pretty good, the first is not doing well at all. As you can see in the images, the one on the right is caved in and has gone moldy and while the other is keeping its shape, it is going a bit orange and i suspect that is not a good sign.
My incubator is set to 28 degrees, the eggs are on 100% vermiculite, i mist them once every one to two weeks and they have been in incubation for almost 70 days.
Even though i would love to save these eggs, i know that it might be a bit too late but any tips or advice for the second clutch would be very appreciated and i will do all i can to make sure they hatch.
Thank you for all your help
(The second clutch has been in incubation for 24 days)
(The second clutch is the last image)
(Also this is the third time this has happened to this geckoās eggs)
