Hi!
we have just been given a bearded dragon in a 6ft enclosure..
well it seems He doesnt like woodies :) so what they had fed him have been left and have bred...

so is there a way we can get rid of them that doesnt mean taking out EVERYthing?

hmmm i have heard people using TOD(Top of Decent) around their reptiles to kill insects off. But don't do this because i said, wait for another reply confirming this.

Why dont u just take them out when u clean your enclosure?
Chemicals should never be used when there is an easy alternative

when i say we just got i mean he has been in our house for an hour. so we havent had the opportunity to clean it.

I will try the dunny rolls,

if we get another friend we will have to get a licence.. :)

Mabey you could try getting a container cutting a small hole in it and putting some vege scraps in it aswell?

we are in SA.. we can have a reptile each( wife and I) before requiring a licence. so if we have 3 we need a licence.. dont worry nothing illegal happening :)

I should also say this inst just a few woodies i easily would say they are in the 100s

Lol, i knew you would have an explanation because otherwise you wouldn't have said it. Oh ok cool, you learn something new everyday.

Well then catch them and breed them, will save u alot of money in the long run
If he is not eating them now then starve him for 2 days then try
