Importing and licenses for SA

I just want to be 100% sure that what I think is right is actually right.
I'm importing a Children's python from NSW to SA. They will be doing the NSW export permit, do I still have to do an SA Import permit? (I'm assuming yes).
Do I need a Keepers License?
As this will be my only reptile I believe I don't need one for SA but now i'm wondering if I'm still going to need one as I am importing from interstate. But I'd rather not spend the money If I don't have too.

You need an import permit, not sure about a basic licence though. Maybe give them a ring and find out.

the seller needs an export permit, the buyer needs an import permit, you both need appropriate licenses
