i have been thinking of getting some rodent breeding tubs imported from china,have found a couple of companies that will do it,need a min of 50 tubs..... does anyone know of the ins and outs of doing this?? what would i need to do??

Assuming your decision is financially driven then i doubt that it would be worth shipping 50 tubs.You have GST if it is over $1000. Freight, insurance and customs clearance to Sydney then domestic freight to Maitland. Make sure you are dealing with a long term manufacturer so you can get replacements in the future. If you watch the for sales there are often breeders looking to get rid of rodent tubs as they realise it isn't worth having only a few, or go for the big time and biuld there own racks to achieve labour efficency.
