What should I use for an incubation substrate for geckos, where would I get it?
Thanks

50/50 mix of perlite an water.....I think :D

From what I have read from books and things perlite should be fine for smooth knob tail geckos and most other species.

60:40 weight mix of vermiculite to water is what i use for my levis with high hatch results. Cant comment on perlite as i dont use it. Levis eggs seem to do better with the drier mix too.

depending on where you live i use 1:1 weight, pear light / water mix but i often have to add water later on due to the temperature where i live ,
i have found 1:1 is best for levis
