Interstate shipping question

Just wondering how much of my information someone needs to ship interstate. They've asked for my licence no, full name and address and I just feel like that's giving away too much info but I've never shipped hatchies interstate before. Obviously the courier is going to need a pickup address. Is there a recommended procedure to follow? Thanks.

For an import/export permit in Vic, you need full name and address.

Here is the multi-purpose form for us Canberrans.

They will need your name, address and license number as well as the date of activity.
They only need these details if they are importing a non-exempt animal though...
