I do agree that there is no need to flood some sections with posts not pertaining to the subject. The ID threads being one.
I must though ask what "irrevelant" is means? Is it a composite word?

did you ask the mod who deleted your posts before making a thread to bring public attention to the matter , i find thats always the best way

Must be a heavy burden being so perfect.

So i made a spelling error when deleting your post and you have to make a thread about it? Some people have too much time on their hands.

Some people have too much time on their hands.
its funny you say that because I have always wondered what people got from being a moderator on a forum? Do people do it so they dont have to pay a subscription to advertise their hatchies or something?

They do it for love and so others enjoy their time and dont have to put up with internet trolls

That's why I do it ! I have pythons but have no intention of breeding, I've always been a subscriber and been happy to pay for it.

I like to think we (the mods) are the 'parental' element of the forum and stop petty bickering from becoming all out abuse from keyboard warriors.
As for 'flooding' the forums - the rules are strictly adhered to in some forums like the ID ones and it needs to be to keep the informative and educational. Other forums like chit chat are a little less strict.
Either way, everyone accepts the rules when they sign up so there's no excuses, and rather than publicly question the rules (for which you can receive an infraction) I would suggest in future you submit a ticket to the support forum and then it is looked at by Admin as well as all mods. If its deemed unfair it will be reversed !

You break the rules you get reprimanded for it - that's life, not just life on forums

I don't breed or keep any reptiles.

Knowledge comes in all forms and we all have something to contribute. You'll notice not all mods moderate in all forums. We all have our own 'areas' so that we know a "rubbish" post when we see it , hence the reason I'm not part of the ID threads LOL

I, personally, would not get any satisfaction settling the schoolyard squabbles that go on around here sometimes but, hey: someone has to. thumbs up to those that do.

LOL, once a parent, always a parent ! Sometimes you let them run out of steam, sometimes you know from the first sentence it's gonna be trouble :)
