is their any lizards that do not need special heating

my friend harry is getting into reptile keeping and wants to know is there any lizards that could just sit in a tank in the sun all day and be happy do not worry about food and water got that covered what ever the lizard is and it doesnt need to be good with handling either if i could know if there is one that would be great cheers or anything similar like a turtle or snake or a frog

no, because you cant leave the tank sitting in the sun all day.
Yes if you put it in a large enough outdoor enclosure. Not a tank.
