Hey people, just a quick question

i purchased a pair of 7 yr old coastals at the end of july, which had bred together before. i was told that august is about the right breeding time( but they hadn't been properly cooled), so i put them together anyway. i didn't notice any specific "breeding activities" they looked fine together so i left them together. last weekend i put them outside in a outdoor enclosure over the warm weekend, but today it got pretty cold, so i brought them back in this evening and put them in their indoor enclosure. a couple of hours later i see this (they haven't done this before)

(sorry about crappy pics, couldn't find real camera)

is this them mating??? i from my research think that it is, but it is pretty late in the season, as according to the python bible (keeping and breeding aussie pythons) breeding time is august???

any help from more experienced people would be appreciated

cheers
josh

yes they are mating and seems a couple months behind what wild pythons would be doing, well on the coast here the wild snakes were mating a couple of months ago
