Its vermiculite. If you dont have an incubator then I'd leave the eggs with the female for maternal incubation.

if you dont have an incubator leave mum around the eggs and mist with room temperature water around mum each day so as to keep the humidity up. dont mist mum or the eggs

should put the tub in before she lays eggs and make sure she has enough heat with the humidity,,good luck mate.

hmmmm.... im twelve and ive done two clutches already. ar well, i dont know you, i wont judge you

This isnt a competition, this is a "help" thread that MMP97 has put up as he needs a bit of help to give the eggs the best care he can. There is no need to get all high and mighty because "IIM twelve and iv done 2 cluthces already".

I'll judge you. You don't even know the difference between the different carpet pythons yet, and think your Mareeba carpet is going to reach 3.6 metres long, because you read it in a book. When I was 12, I would have been laughing at you, if I had not been taught manners.

My little friend, please treat others like you would prefer to be treated yourself.

it was more becausei was told specificlly it was a jungle. get off my back Serpentes

Here is a quick idea for a cheapish incubator.. i have used it and it went well..
Go to a green grosser and get a brocolli box.. they are a polystyrene box with a lid.
Next get a biro and at the bottom in a corner push it through so u have a hole.. thread a 15w heat cord in and go up the sie, then back down across the bottom up the other side, back down and across .. you get the idea.. then get a probe thermostat, make a hole on the other side... insert the probe. use a rack to get the tub(s) to the middle of the incubator so the heat isnt too harsh.. tie the probe to the rack.. Make a few air holes so you can ventilate air through (dont need to go over the top.) then turn on your heat cord that is connected to the thermostat.. put a thermometre on the rack give it 15 mins.. check it.. adjust it if u need to, repeat untill you get the right temp.. then leave it afor a day.. checking now and then to make sure all is working.. then there you have it.. an incubator...if you already have the heat cord and thermostat.. this will cost you about .. $5 thats if u dont flog a cooling rack fron the kitchen... heat cord you should get well under $30 and thermostat.. probably $60 but look for a 2nd hand one might be cheaper.. just make sure it works before you buy it...
other point to remember.. dont make your vermiculite too wet.. only needs to be dampish.. its a feel thing but you can always add more if it gets dry.. too late once you put too much on.. then you gotta start again.. and when she lays, if ur going to incubate.. separate the eggs asap so they dont stick together.. if you cant gently get them apart leave them as a clump, and make sure you dont turn the eggs.. mark the top of them when she lays and put them in the tub the same way up or you might drown the embryo.. hope this helps you get your clutch out.. u will feel warm and fuzzy when the little darling pokes his head out of the egg the first time.. i know i did...
