YAY!!! Kathy, that is the BEST news! (and I'm SO glad you shared it with us here! ) I am so thrilled to hear they are now feeding (goon on you Colin!) again, after all this time! Gosh, you must be SO relieved! I'm so pleased for you all, and MANY thanks for the update on their GREAT news progress!

As for the "breeding instincts", technically at that age, they 'might' start behaving a little differently toward each other, but if you're REALLY concerned about them, house them separately until the time comes. Having said that, I have a pair of Bredli I keep together, both now three years old (have been kept together since they arrived here) and haven't started this "breeding" behaviour (thankfully!) yet - next year will be theirs!
