Kreffts turtle question

Well I noticed this arvo when i took turt out of his tank that his right nostril looks weird- like skin has partially grown over it! has anyone seen anything like this b4?

It doesn't look like a major problem at this point in time.

Ok just thought I'd post an update.. on the aussie freshwater turtle site someone recommended to use a tissue (folded to a point) to see if the piece was loose or not- it flicked out easily, so problem solved! thanks
