they should publish stories like these more often (i know, maybe if it happened more often as this was nothing short of a miracle!) instead of portraying snakes as "evil killers". Trully that was a sign from God, and it just goes to show u that u can never label animals as good and bad....just like us humans, we are all indiviuals : good and bad...the same goes for all the species in the animal kingdom 2! 8)

Yeah, but the snake was under the influence of Satan...u know if he really wanted, Satan could of chosen any animal he wanted...he just used wat was there at the time!

I read another article that sounded a little more believable. It said the the neighbour asked her to save the kids, and as she was trying to swim with them she saw a large snake, and followed it until it reached dry ground. There was no mention of them holding into it.
