Children’s python looks bloated

I fed my 19yo children’s python a small rat two nights ago, she usually hides away to digest. This time however, she has stayed curled up in the open. I’m not sure if I’m imagining it because she’s more in view, however I think the bulge looks like it’s gotten bigger? The bulge looks bloated and slightly lumpy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
