Thanks, but I'm not THAT interested in the whole case haha. If my parents were wrong then maybe it was because of the area, or how many there were or when they saw them, I don't know. It's just what they have witnessed from their time of working on properties :)

Personally I always though that Lindy or someone else Killed the little girl wasnt a dingo but was so long ago though everyone likes a good story and back then It was huge news even now lindy chamberlains name and the case still gets reviewed from time to time

to my knowledge there has never been a child attacked and killed in the same place since Azaria? so what dingos do on Fraser Island is not the concern of the N.T.

Lol... Wow, a dingo has never eaten a baby in the same spot as Azaria, it must be impossible to think a dingo did it. Fraser island dingos are completely different, no NT dingo would ever kill a child!

I don't believe a dingo got the kid, but your reasons for thinking Lindy is guilty are not logical at all.

I don't believe a dingo would have been able to get into a tent, take a kid and get away unnoticed.

We may never know the whole story , BUT , no one deserves to be jailed purely on public opinion stirred up by ratings hungry media . The whole investigation was flawed , perhaps even corrupt . Vital evidence was lost , tampered with and invented . We still are presumed innocent in this country no matter what the media says .

I think no matter what happened, it happened a long time ago, & we should just remember that a baby girl lost her life, its not really something to joke about imo.

One of the witnesses said that Lindy walked down the path to the tent, to put the baby in there.

Testimony of Sally Lowe, examined by Thomas Pauling

Mrs. Chamberlain had the baby in her arms, and Aidan was close behind her. I recall them walking along the footpath area towards their tent. The Trial of Lindy and Michael Chamberlain: Selected Excerpts

If she had to walk down the path to get to the tent, then it sounds to me like the barbecue they'd been having wasn't next to their tent. It was dark at this point, and the other barbecue areas look like they were far enough away that you wouldn't be able to see the Chamberlain's tent in the dark from that distance. Here's a map of the area:

Sally Lowe testified that Lindy wasn't away from the barbecue area long:
Q: 'Are you able to tell us how long Mrs. Chamberlain was away from the barbecue area?'

A: 'Well, it's a fairly short period of time. But I've stated before, six to ten minutes would be roughly correct. The Trial of Lindy and Michael Chamberlain: Selected Excerpts

I have trouble imagining how in that time she would be able to kill her baby, change clothes, put the baby in a camera bag, put blood in the tent leave tracks outside the tent, and then get back to the barbecue with no blood on her anywhere.
Chapter Fourteen – other significant evidence
Tracking evidence: Constable Morris said he saw some tracks near the tent going off towards the dunes and which some distance away had the appearance of an animal dragging something and some further drag marks further on.
