lump on black head

hey every body my bhp has a lump on his body dose anybody no what it is he has had it for awhile but has just suddenly grow a bit

I would take it straight to the vet, my stimmy had a lump like that a while ago, but it went away, just go to the vet and see, it cant hurt to get a professional opinion.
