I'm no expert on beardies (I don't even keep them), but the first photo appears male as it has obvious hemipenal bulges and pre-anal pores. The third one looks female, as there doesn't appear to be any hemipenal bulges or pre-anal pores. You'd need a better photo of the second.

As I said, I'm no beardie expert, so I could well be wrong. But that's what I'd be thinking if they were mine.
