Hey Lillydale is close to the geographic center of Melboure which everybody knows is Wheelers Hill - Herp Trader territory!

There are lots of good BBQ spots in the area and some are even good Herping spots. Westerfolds Park, beside the Yarra is chock full of Tiger snakes. In Jells Park close to us I have seen quite a few Copper Heads ... but at this time of year, from a herp perspective, it is mostly the croaking of the frogs. (I get to ride my bike to work through Jells and the adjoining park daily basis.)

Look everyone has to let us know what you guys want. A straight out "I wanna come to rick and Mels house" or "I want it at the zoo (or insert your place of preference here)"

We want to get an idea of who and how many people would be coming and where people wanna meet. At least our house wont cost anything. And people can see rickos reptiles, at jells park you wont see any. Believe me. But thats just what I think.

So please just get back to us so we can organise a date etc. and what food people are going to bring. Drunken transport? Heheh zo! Where are u from? Cos theres a train station in Lilydale and that line goes into the city. Might be cheaper for everyone to train it in and we will pick everyone up in my little car. Or whatever. Just let us know

we're in newport which is near williamstown. train is easy for us cos there's a station down the road that goes into the city. hmmm and as for food...i luv a good barbie! we'll probably bring along a few snags and chops or sumthin but might be easier to work it out when we know when and how many people are coming!
