every time i go on mirc there is about 4 ppl on.

To all of you with mIRC who want to log on to the ausirc server, here's the way in. (You have to do it this way because Ausirc isn't listed in mIRC's server list)

1. Open mIRC, but don't connect to a server.
2. Go to the Chatroom link in the directory at the top left-hand corner of this page (or any other Aussiepythons page for that matter).

3. Click on the link on the chatroom page. mIRC should automatically connect you to the ausirc server and #Aussiepythons.

4. Next time you want to join the server: open mIRC, in the Menu bar select 'File', then 'Recent Servers', then select 'Ausirc'. Of course, you'll have to manually join #Aussiepythons, unless you've already saved it in your Favourites list.

At some point it asks you if you want to add the ausirc server to your list. The obvious answer here is 'yes'. Unfortunately, I can't see where to do that manually, so I'm guessing it's a pop-up in the program.

Hope this clears it up for everyone.

:p
