For those of you choosing to judge him, Azztech, you had just better hope i dont meet you in a dark ally mate, because you are causing colin more stress, stop sending him pms and stop being a nasty pig. I don't know you either Colin, and I'd offer my phone number if you wanted to talk but you have others that can help you more already offer. Hang in there. Things eventually will get better.
Like Bex said, look at all the people here that care for you. You'd be surprised at the number of people that really do.

Hey Col, i dont know u either, but i have been down the road ur travellin, not so long ago. Like bouncer said, it's not easy but go see a doc...and talk to anyone who will listen....life really is good and the ppl who love u need u.

Colin is doing much better thanks for enquiries guys, he's still got a long hard road of recovery ahead of him, but he is doing a damn fine job of trying. We are still in touch regularly, and im impressed with his progress.

Hehe, cheers Wombat, im just here if he needs me, theres not much more i can do from 3000 kms away. But im a lifeline if and when he needs it. He has my numbers, emails, everything, im always available to him, and i know he really really appreciates all your kind words guys, i know he does.
