HI So there ruffley at 56 days ??? do you have a small torch that you can candle them and see whats happening inside ?? as eggs are about to hatch the sink in a bit like that

they have dried out because of your incubation method ."incubating over water" method is done inside a sealed container over water so the air in the tub is close to 100% humidity.they look to far gone to save , but you can always try.
cheers
simon

You need to put damp paper towel over them immediately, and mist your entire incubator, but not the eggs. Your incubation method is terrible. Why did you not ask people for advice?

thanks to everone of the help eveerything is good they are just staring to hatch now cheers

Hatched at 47 days.A very quick incubation.Would love to see some pics of the hatchies.

yeh ive mixed the dates up bit :) just with an update last night 12 of them hatched but there are still two that are not showing any signs of cutting the egg or movement but i can see the snake inside and im thinking about cutting the shell for them if they done come out soon wat is the best way to do this ?

Congrats on hatching them, i am surprised anything hatched out of them, look very dry. Do a search on no substrate incubation before next season and try refine your setup a little, should be plenty of pics and info on here.

If the others are out of the eggs get some nail scissors and cut a v in the last few eggs, will do no harm just don't cut the snake. good luck.

some pics are always welcome....

i hatched coastal carpets last year on the 47th day at 31.5degree's.

good stuff david,i still use the good old vermiculite method, cant go wrong. good to hear it all went well for you.;)

ok cool thanks the reason i was using the no substrate method was i had the clutch of eggs all toegther on a mix of pearlite and vermiculite but the one at the bottom in the middle went moldy and died so i had to change wat i was doen, from this expereince python eggs are alot hardyer then u think.

some pics of the babies thanks for the help !!
