House and yard are starting to look good now. A bobcat machine makes the yard looks heaps better after about 3hrs work hey? The paint thing is happening inside. Its amazing how a few coats of paint makes everything look clean and new hey?? We are still selling. Hoping to clear at least $110,000. Housing market is good in Renmark hey??? Cheers Cheryl. PS. Just replaced all the sash windows with new aluminium windows too. Got good price for the whole house windows $2100. Cheap hey?

By the way Dave had to do all the prep work and take out all the old sash windows for that price hey?? Orbital sanded all the window frames before the window guy got there. 000

rodentrancher, which suburb is your rental? We might be looking for a pet friendly landlord!!! Increasing our scaly babies seems to be creeping our landlady out!!! (insert wicked grin here!!) Please don't sell!!!! Finding decent landlords nowdays is like trying to find gold up a donkey's butt!!!!! Our last land lord (before now) had his/our neighbour sneak into our place when we weren't there, to nosy around!!!!!!! And then the landlord would call from Melbourne, and "just check up"!!!! Best mate was staying over one night, and sprung the nosy son of a gun, and nearly beat the guy up!! Anyway, I know that it can be rough, but please................ we need all the help us "freaky" pet owners can get!!!!!!
