Hi,
Here is a couple of pics of my new pet Komodo Dragon!
Nah, I wish! It was taken some time back at Taronga Zoo! You could put him to sleep by rubbing his eyes which he loved immensely!
Cheers!

A work mate just recently gave me a pic of that same dragon and i owe him an apology as i didn't believe his eye rubbing story.

what amazing animals!

Thats unreal....I was always thought they were really aggresive and would take a chunk out of you at every opportunity...
I'm being impressed just about every day lately

wow, i remember seeing him when i went, he was HUGE, thanks for the pics :D
cheers

I think I had a zoo keeper friend look after him. Was his name Kevin? If so he was a real sweetie apparantly.

No It wasn't Kevin! It was an Indonesian name, Suka or Suki or something like that! Everyone called him baby though!

He is very nice but I don't think I would try putting him to sleep rubbing his eye's, I would be to worried about him taking the hand off lol

Thats unreal. komodos are so fascinating i think.......about from the fact that their mouth googe is full of bacteria that can break down tissue......not to sure if i'd be that close.

You maybe thinking of Keith, who died many years ago, was mounted, and now lives on the back verandah of a friend of mine.

:p

Hix

Ewwwe - that's wrong on just so many levels (unless your really inclined that way... I want to add names, but i am scared of infractions :p)

Great pics mate, thanks for sharing..................
