Ok so I know these kind of questions have been asked a multitude of times here but I still am not certain as I haven't found a thread in exactly the same case as me.

So my MD is about 8 months old (weird because that means he was born in May I guess. Anyway. He's only about 60ish cm however I'm terrible at estimating.

he is currently in a click clack with a 15w heatcord up one end underneath the tub.

temps on the floor of the warm end are about 33-34 then gradually getting down to about 26 cool end. Pretty much wondering what your guys opinions are on night time heating if I'm in this sort of situation. Should I leave it on at the same temps or take temp down a bit? I don't think I should completely rid him if heat at night but thought I'd get some opinions.

Cheers guys!

I don't know much about them bananapeel but I would just mimic there natural environment temperatures and you won't really go wrong, if its a couple of degrees off I'm sure he will be fine

still not a yearling so give your snake heat 24/7, don't turn the heat down or off at night.

warm end 31-33 i think.

up till 12 months best to give 24/7 heat,i know it doesnt happen in the wild but just gives them a good kick start

I rid my darwin and bredli of heat at night time and there under a year old and in a click clack, I've had no problems at all. My yearling olive(still on the small side as she was a problem feeder) temp gets turned down to 23 as does my adult jungle because they are in the garage and it gets freezing in there.

My MD's enclosure is set up for 28-29 warm end under the lamp and ambient at the cool end, at night that drops to 20-23 of course it it still warm weather but if he's cold he will go to the warm end, if he's hot he will go to the cool end, I was watching him last night about 10pm and he was exploring around and climbing in the cool end, got up at 3 and he was on his branch under the light, got up this morning at 6 and he was in his favourite spot on top of a hanging vine at the top of the cool end, my MD is 9 months old and 2 feet long, I would maybe drop the overall temp even in the hot end if you are worried it is to hot, try it at 30 in the wrm end and see how your MD reacts to the change

Mine seems very happy with the temp I have, he never refuses a feed, he is always active he poops regular, if yours is happy with the temp you have then no need to change I guess

You have one problem BP, you didn't post a picture  WE WANT TO SEE YOUR SNAKEY!!!!!!!!

Yeah the only problem I'm getting is that when the warm side is at 3-31/2 the cold side gets quite cold. In the day. I think it should still be ok. Like23 -25 or so usually sometimes down to 22.

Hahaha sharkyy! I completely forgot!
Wait and I'll grab some. But they'll be on my phone so don't expect much.

Sorry sharkyy, I'll get some later. For now he's curled up and you can see him much.
