I posted earlier tonight about an ad selling a "baby snake, unsure of sex or species, won't eat"..
Straight up the fact that the seller didn't know what kind of python he was selling had me curious.. Something didn't add up for me.. So I contacted him and found out he was given it as a gift (yeah, right) and it has refused to eat since he got it a couple of months ago. Also told me although he has a license, he does not have any paperwork relating to the snake (which I've discovered, after being sent a pic, is a Coastal)..

If this is not above board, and I'm fairly certain it's not, who can I report this to? BTW, I'm in QLD..

Yep..report it..and I'd go one step further than DERM I'd go to the police.

There have been so many stolen reptiles lately ..who knows he might be trying to off load a stolen snake.
