Don't stress. I was in a similar situation where I acquired a dragon off a clown with no licence. I wrote to DEPI told them the circumstances and a week later wrote back to me approving my acquisition.
They are not going to take your snakes off you or put you in front of a firing squad.
It's merely paperwork and $$.
