hey all just wondering if some one in nsw got an export liscence do they have to specifify what animals they are exporting or its it just like a general thing would they be able to send any reptiles anywhere on a export liscence and how long do they last

answers would be greatly apprecited

Just to add to what Greebs has said, there is a section on the import/export return (mailed with the import/export licence) where any changes to number of animals / species can be entered. For instance if you were to buy 4 animals from someone but only ended up buying 3 because one died, or bought more because more were available.

Just to add a little to what has already been said, A NSW Import or Export licence authorises an interstate transaction between two nominated parties. The licence is for the nominated species only, but the numbers can change as Simon explained. The licence is for a single consignment over a period of one month.
