Probably so he could get over the bust for the parcel of rattlers he picked up when he got nabbed in that Bathurst Band B.

Im assuming its the same Nyngan based person who was busted a few years back when the found Rattlers in a package addressed to a B&B in Bathurst where he was staying at the time. They arrested him of course. Someone will have a link to it somewhere Im sure.
