oedura lesueurii breeding

hi,

just wondering if there are any medical deficiencies or anything like that that are caused by breeding oedura lesueurii when they are less than a year old. Mine are 5-6 months now, and im certain of the sex just wanted to know if there are any advantages/disadvantages of breeding when there less than a year old
