I think that he would still want it, even if he has now got another one, he can always sell it and recoup his money.
Do the right thing and send it at your cost
If you have the enclosure ready and waiting and it has been paid for and your reputation is at risk wouldn't it be worth the effort involved to get the enclosure to Hobbo so he can send it anyway?
I mean, its ready, built and waiting there...isn't it?

It would be pretty unlucky for something else to come up. Near impossible. Besides, Hobbo isn't leaving for Melbourne this weekend, for the sake of a reputation and to try to do right by the paying customer you'd think he'd be able to get it to hobs some time before hob's comes to melbourne.
