Perth Zoo tragedy

In an apparent miscommunication with building sub-contractors, the world famous reptile pit at Perth zoo was accidentally filled in with concrete. Management are at a loss to explain the mishap and are currently investigating.
A spokesman for the zoo said " It's just terrible. The poor snakes don't even have a pit to hiss in!"
