If you have any mesh in his cage, he might have rubbed his nose against it (or even rocks, etc). Else it's possible he might have burnt his nose on whatever heating you have. This seems more likely if you're using lights to heat his cage. I'm fairly sure bathing burns is bad and can open them to infection?

It's very important your pet sees a vet right now. There has got to be other vets? Called around perhaps?

Thank u very much I am getting my girlfriend to call around now to try and find another vet that sees reptiles

He keeps rubbing his nose in what ever surface he can I have removed all rough surfaces except for the artificial vine in the cage which he keeps rubbing it on that.

People r asking what hearing u have in there.... Do u have lamps or heat emitter?? That he can reach??

Yes, what heating does he have? Take everything out for now, even the vine. He might be rubbing if it hurts or maybe if it's itchy.

I have a lamp but he can not reach the lamp and it has a wire cage around it so he can't get to the lamp

That sounds interesting then mate. Best of luck it may be some sort of scale rot or a burn.
Keep us updated on how you go and hopefully you can get the snake to a vet

Thanks every one for all your help I will keep u updates

Sorry sniper cap didnt see that post it 5 foot tall and the light is mounted in the top

Possibly a stupid question, but I'll ask it anyway :)

Is it possible he's either retained some of his shed, or is starting to shed, and that's why he's rubbing his face on stuff? I caught one of mine shedding the other day for the first time, and my first thought (on seeing it from across the room) was "holy crap, what the hell's wrong with Pebbles?" because he'd just started, and looked like he had some kind of deformity.

Thanks every one for your help I have seen a vet and have got a ten day antibiotic course it was a build up if scale with an infection caused from rubbing thank u very much guys :)
