Fascinating. I will have to remember that for when I get my GTP!

this looks way better than exposing said snake to a justin beiber soundtrack, less stress ;)

kidding aside, awesome info and very nice colours on that GTP, love the blue bits on the side
on another note, i've read on some books soaking in warm salt water may also do the trick (+ abit of pushing), has anyone tested this?

Ouch, salt water? That sounds like it would hurt.
I've seen sugar water used, never salt.

how could people let it get to that if they can see it happening from oversized feeds why would they keep going till this happens. one question dose it damage them to much for them to breed?.

Some people seem to think they can pump food in them just like any other carpet,Well in Greens this is what can happen.Oversized and overfeeding is the main concern.GREAT stuff once again Baden..

great video baden, very helpful for future reference, there should be a lot more of these. A lot of new keepers wouldn't know what to do - it's a good knowledge base.

i cant can not believe that people would do such that to a beautiful animal and not think that its a chance of this happening.

Thanks so much for the vid Baden!

It is always so much better to see someone do something than just have a written explanation, and this was amazing to watch.

That snake is gorgeous too, whole prolapse issue aside...

What are you talking about..? English please...

If you are implying that what he is doing is the reason for how the snake looks then you might want to look up 'prolapse' before posting..

I think he is meaning over feeding or feeding prey to large.
