Hello,
I have a Queensland coastal python and just recently she has been spending most of her time in her water bowl. I have e temperature cooling and heating between 22-30 degrees. IVe checked for mites and I can't see anything on her,

Is this normal??

Cheers
lloyd

If it was mites and she has been soaking constantly, you should see the dead mites at the bottom of the water bowl. If so then should treat accordinally.
If not she could be coming up for a shed - or just likes to have a good soak!
I find that mainly my darwins tend to just sit in the water bowl consistently for the sake of it.

Both my Olives and my Carpet like to soak in their water during summer months - just change it when they get out - snakes always decide whats best for them in their environment

My Darwin's also just laze around in their water constantly. I guess they just like swimming
