Hi all.
I recently switched form using evernote to QR2ID to log my snake feeding.
I fed a few of them on last thursday 10 july 14 and didn't scan on the QR codes to log the feeding.
I want to add it now but on the website it won't let me change the date, it is set to todays date and I am unable to change it.
Does anyone know how to add old feed data to my QR2ID log?

Second question is that all my previous feed and shed data was in a txt format in evernote. Is there an easy way to transfer this all to QR2ID?

Cheers

I'm not sure if the app has been setup to add legacy data on the fly yet Marcus as this is something I have asked before too. The way I do it is to scan the code, enter the data and then in my web browser open up the code, expand the wildlife care log, click on the entry you want modified and alter the date that way. Long way around unfortunately.

The only way I can see that you can add your previous records is to upload the text file into the profile of each critter via your browser.

Thanks for purchasing QR2id!

We use QR2id ourselves and last week I was having some issues with inputting entries manually. I believe I had the same problem you have experienced and I had to delete the entries and re-enter them. At the time I emailed Rick Draper from QR2id about the fault, but have yet to get a reply regarding it.

I will forward on this post to him and hopefully I can get an answer for you soon.

Please remember that QR2id has many many features and sometimes a change to or addition of one feature can affect other features. By providing feedback on the issues, it is the best way to remedy the bugs that can occur.

Thanks for the feedback!

Scott

Update
Rick has asked what browser you are using and which version it is.

At his end he cannot replicate/find a problem. He said it looks like a Java Script problem at your end.

Thanks,
Scott

Hi mate and thanks for the reply.
I'm using Firefox 30.0
I ended up doing it on my phone using chrome mobile. Was a bit clunky so would still rather do it on the laptop.
Cheers
