To be honest young fella, whats happened is that your friend has bought an animal that nobody has ever heard the name of. Don't worry about it, if he likes the snake then thats all that matters. This forum is full of people with nothing better to do then sit in front of a computer and ridicule others so if you want to look at snake types and varieties then have a look at herpshop.com in the trader section. Thats a good start.
You can also buy Reptiles Aust. magazine and Scales and tails Mag at the newsagent as well. And if you really keen you can buy a book on Australian Pythons.
cheers

Thanx Cement. Yer got subscribtions to both mags and got the Keeping Aussie Pythons. Thankyou for your kind words;). I was just asking as i have never heard of the name.

Hi,
My family friend, Dre has a moonshine jungle. Just wondering if they are rare or not? The guy at the petshop told him she is rare but i wanted to ask some people. Also he has a wild caught diamond python ( got ran over by a car and vet said she wont be released because her injurys where to bad:cry:). She is from wollongong , where he found her (Mt Keria Road) but she is very bright her diamonds are almost a fluro colour:shock:( no he hasnt traced them with a high lighter). How could she be so bright? All the others around here a actually quiet dull.:D
Thanx Jordy

could have "moonshine" been mistaken for "mission beach"?
