1 day after my beardie layed her eggs and they were put In the incubator 2 of them started to dimple. This is my first time breeding my incubator has been saying the humidity is at 99 but I did research and it's either they were infertile or they were lacking in humidity and the amount they were in the vermiculite wasn't deep enough.

I seperated the eggs made them deeper on the vermiculite and moistened it more. It's now been two weeks and I'm very happy to see that they DON'T have any dimples. They are perfect.

Not happy with my incubator as now I don't believe the humidity reader is correct so I'm sort of just ping by feel until I either find a new incubator or humidity reader.

What is the BEST incubator I can get?

i use a cheap hovabator with 100% success rates on gecko eggs and beardie eggs are in at the moment

Either pay at least a $1000 for a medical/science grade incubator or make one yourself for under a few hundred.

If you are incubating lizards eggs however just about any incubator that can hold the temp within 2 degrees will be fine. (hovabator etc)

It seems you fixed the problem. Wait and see if they hatch. If your success rate is high then your incubator did its job. If you think the humidity readout is inaccurate, maybe put a another humidity gauge in there - you can buy thermometer/hygrometer units. That might be a good option rather than buying a whole new incubator.

Yeah exactly, just get a new thermometer with hygrometer and use that reading instead of the incubators built in readings!

Have you candled them to see if they are fertile?
