Will I find another 50 in the same area

Where theres 1 theres always more unfortunately.
They like hot dry places and you can tell a red back web by the webbing,it is super tough.

Pretty much as Dossy says, just look before grabbing underneath surfaces where they may be. They are pretty docile as far as i know, so you pretty much have to try and squash them to get bitten, not that i have been bitten or bothered to freehandle them.

If you find one dont kill it, call for a spider relocation specialist, we dont need more people killing our wildlife just because it is potentially harmful.

they are gonna lay eggs in your ears while you're sleeping for sure.

donks

At least you can hear the adults easily tapping around in your ear, a simple spray of mortein or TOD can fix this, but if they hatch out its suspected they become a unique phenotype that sucks fluid direct from the brain and surrounding tissues. Really nasty litte things.

And if you break it it crackles. Redbacks bites are supposed to feel like fire is injected in your veins. On top of that they are beautiful and their repeled by daddy long leg spiders.
